1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition in which it was received;
- be unused and unworn;
- include original tags, when applicable;
- be in its original packaging; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- gift cards;
- sale items;
- custom or personalized products;
- items that have been used, worn, opened, or altered after delivery; and
- items not returned in their original condition and packaging.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
