SHIPPING POLICY
At Pop Us Collectibles, we currently ship orders within the United States only.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination.
We offer standard shipping within the United States through major carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe shown in your shipping confirmation, please contact us at marketing@popuscollectibles.com with your name and order number, and we will review the issue.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Pop Us Collectibles is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Pop Us Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend that you:
- verify the shipping address provided in your order;
- check around your delivery location;
- contact the shipping carrier directly;
- check with household members, neighbors, or building management, if applicable.
Upon request, we will provide available shipping and tracking details to assist you in reviewing the matter with the carrier.
